6/13/25 The lab is headed to the national EWOC (Empowering Women in Organic Chemistry) conference hosted by Abbvie this year. Special thanks to the chemists at AbbVie who served as Career Mentors to our lab members.
5/24/25 Prof. Schultz was awarded the PUI Faculty Travel Grant by the ACS Division of Organic Chemistry to attend the National Organic Symposium in Troy, NY later this summer.
5/20/25 We welcome our summer 2025 Richter Scholars, Jayla and Rachel. They are joining us for 8-weeks.
5/13/25 Lab is starting up for the summer. Welcome to new lab member, Haylee, and welcome back to returning memebers, Gwen and Mariam! It’s gonna be a fun and busy 10-weeks.
4/15/25 Congrats to lab alum, Emma, on accepting a place at UC Davis to pursue a PhD in organic chemistry this coming fall!
4/11/25 Congrats to Gwen for being selected as the Dr. Ann Welton Science in the Summer awardee! This is the third year in a row a member of the Schultz Lab has been given this honor.

10/14/24 The Schultz lab presented at the Midwest Regional Meeting in Omaha, NE. Mariam and Gwen presented a poster and Dr. Schultz was invited to give a talk in the “Organic Chemistry Research at Primarily Undergraduate Institutions” session.
